At Galaxy Gaming, we love that people choose our Sioux Falls residence to come along and have a party. Not everyone is able or happy with going for a ‘standard’ day or night out – so we accommodate those who prefer something with a bit more attitude, excitement and invention!
Our parties request that you have a minimum of 6 guests, and that a service is taken for a minimum of 30 minutes is required for laser tag party bookings. Exceptions are allowed if smaller groups are being booked together with a larger group that has a booking already. If you are unsure of anything, please let us know and we’ll do what we can to make it a little clearer.

Gaming parties (all party bookings require a non-refundable deposit):Gaming parties are provided, too, for those looking to come out on top on the platform of their choice. If you take this party, this includes a dedicated staff member, as well as a party room for up to 45 min and reserved seating.

What is the minimum age for laser tag? -
At the moment, Galaxy Gaming has set the minimum age to 6.
Do I have to make a reservation for laser tag?
You need to have a reservation beyond arena business hours (the arena is open by appointment only Monday thru Wednesday except Summer). We also recommend you have one on weekend hours, just so you are guaranteed your spot (Saturdays we often have parties back to back). Contact us ASAP to arrange a platform that suits everyone.
Do I need to make a reservation for gaming?
Reservations for gaming stations (Xbox One, PC) are only available for parties or for the all-nighter – please let us know what you are looking for and we can make that possible.
So how do reservations work?
Very simple! We’ve made sure that anyone reserving with Galaxy Gaming will find it easy as possible.
Once you have decided on what day and time works for you, you can call in or stop by with the deposit. Deposits are not refundable.
What is the deposit policy?
Deposit is non-refundable. If there is a party booked, and no 48 hours’ advance notice/no show, the deposit is lost. For emergencies, we’ll do what we can to be fair about the problems you face.
Do you allow outside food (aka cake, pizza)?
Currently outside food is allowed into the venue – please contact us to clear up what you intend to bring with you so we can confirm its availability.
