Do I have to make a reservation or can I just walk in?
No, you don’t need to make a reservation, you can just walk in. Party reservations are only available for those who have 6 or more in the group and want to make sure they get the attraction/attractions secured for a specific time/date. Beverages are also currently included with all party bookings (One per paid guest).
Unlimited Laser Tag and All-night gaming can also be reserved, at the store or by phone/online. A reservation is definitely required for parties trying to book beyond business hours.
So how do reservations work?
Once you have decided on what day and time works for you, you can call in or stop by with the deposit, you can also make reservation online. Deposits are not refundable.
I want to book multiple attractions (Laser Tag and VR) but can only pick one when making online reservation. How do I book more multiple attractions?
Currently you can make such reservation by calling the store or stopping by in person. Online reservation system has a limitation and can only book one attraction per booking. As an option, you can create several bookings back-to-back if you still want to make the booking online (they will be shown as separate parties).
What is the deposit policy?
Deposits are non-refundable. If there is a party booked, and no 48 hours’ advance notice/no show, the deposit is lost. For emergencies, we’ll do what we can to be fair about the problems you face.
What is the minimum age for attractions?
Laser tag we recommend 5 and older, but minimum height is 42".
Virtual Reality the guest must be 7 years or older for Hologate VR and Valve Index VR. Subject to minimum height.
King Kong of Skull Island VR experience guest can be 6 years or older.
For gaming we recommend 5 years and older.
All-night gaming we recommend 10 years and older.
How big are the party rooms?
Large party room can fit up to 20 guests, small party room can fit up to 12.
Do I need to make a reservation for gaming?
Reservations for gaming stations (Xbox One X, PC) are only available for parties or for the all-nighter – please let us know what you are looking for and we can make that possible.
Do you allow outside food (aka cake, pizza)?
Currently only outside food is allowed into the venue – outside drinks are not, as they are available for purchase at the facility. Beverages are also currently included with all party bookings (One per paid guest).
